Kelly Rae Parker

Kelly is relatively fresh to the speaking scene. She is an inspirational and motivational speaker who uses her lived experience of anxiety to work with adults and children to help them overcome their anxiety in a faster and more enjoyable way.
Kelly delivers keynotes, workshops, talks, and coaching programs for groups and individuals in workplaces, education establishments, and in the community.
She doesn’t believe that working through anxiety has to be a long, hard road full of medication and therapy. Her journey wasn’t like that, and neither are her clients journey’s.
Her light and positive energy is memorable and lights up a room and everyone in it, because of this most of her business comes from recommendations from people who have seen her speak previously.
Kelly has a warm and engaging delivery, though she isn’t afraid to give a hard truth or two her humour and light-heartedness help her audience receive these messages, and she leaves her audience engaged, motivated and inspired.

Founder of the ‘Anxiety Exit Program’ which was initially set up to help children overcome anxiety, Kelly branched out to also working with parents after realising a lot of her client’s anxiety was actually not theirs, but that they were picking up on the stress and anxiety their parents were feeling. She realised if she wanted to help children, she needed to help their parents too.

“I loved your message, it’s so true, but no one dares to challenge us parents about it.”

“I got so much from your talk today. It both inspired me and gave me easy to implement steps, thank you”

Who is Kelly?

Kelly grew up in Hertfordshire and trained initially as a ballet and dance teacher. Whilst running her own dance school, she realised her passion wasn’t in dance, but in helping people move past their limitations and find their confidence and self-belief to live their best life possible. She believes that if you want to change the world, children are the best chance you have, and that working with parents is also essential to that.

Initially a shy, unconfident child whose teachers repeatedly said she needed to speak up more, Kelly now rarely stops talking. She has a passion for competitive speaking and has placed in several speaking contests including Keynote, Inspirational and impromptu speaking.
